• 7+ years of experience working directly within engineering teams

As part of Offers organization you will be owning critical services which directly impacts Amazon buying experiences. Given importance of Offer space to Amazon business, you will be working with large number of business teams who regularly are launching new programs to expand Amazon business across the globe.

• Experience taking a lead role in architecting, designing, and building complex software systems
• Background in data modelling, real-time distributed systems or high performance software systems
• Strong business and technical vision.
• Experience with Agile software development methodology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
