Job Description


Responsible for worldwide marketing strategies, product positioning and messages which are executed globally which deliver against Corporate Brand and business unit sales goals. Responsibilities can be in a wide variety of marketing areas including: brand marketing, assessment of potential markets, product life cycle planning, coordination of technical product development, development of product strategies, definition of promotional activities, event management, and product launch. Activities may include developing and executing company market requirements for specific product(s), product line(s) or brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible, but not limited to:

  • Collaborate with colleagues on marketing strategy and agency briefings.
  • Coordinating, arranging and managing large events in partnership with Intel BUs
  • Work across HQ organizations and with regional teams to create and deliver marketing programs with global scale
  • Work with marketing, business, and engineering teams to a devise an editorial and activation calendar to support key product and technology milestones.
  • Be accountable for aligning this calendar with the team's content roadmap.
  • Identify strategic influencer opportunities and drive engagement.
  • Oversee lead agencies to produce compelling story briefs and a content mix designed to inform or inspire industry/technical community audiences, while assuring quality and adherence to Intel policy and guidelines.
  • Coordinate related social media content development and execution.
  • This is a cross functional position helping a new team reach it's goals
  • The ability to manage multiple programs with some ambiguity and ensure that stakeholders are brought along in the decision-making process.


Qualifications


Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Able to assess the importance of a meeting request, emails, or documents and take appropriate action to involve the appropriate parties quickly and accurately.
  • Manage logistics of XGM staff meetings, including FTF planning (catering, room bookings, travel, etc.), calendar management, maintaining divisional organizational charts, PDL's, SP site, and quarterly department meetings
  • Manage financial transactions (CPC orders, purchase orders, expense reports, recognitions, managing team events schedule)
  • Works professionally with other Senior and Executive admins to help facilitate timely and accurate planning needs
  • Meticulous project management and reporting skills
  • Microsoft tools especially PowerPoint skills

IFS is already engaged with customers today, starting with our existing foundry offerings. This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
