This role is for a hands-on software engineer to develop cloud-based micro-services. Must be able to participate as needed in customer support, productization, system architecture, and design. We highly value authentic leadership and prefer demonstrated skills working in collaborative teams.

• 5+ years of experience in the software industry, which at least 5 years are in cloud platform development
• Possess strong experience in design and development of full stack web applications with emphasis on micro-services architecture. Knowledge of 12-factor application and proficient in applying common design patterns.
• Strong experience in GoLang, Kubernetes, RESTful services
• Database experience must be familiar with RDBMS and NoSQL databases
• Experience in testing framework - mock frameworks
• Hands-on in design and code reviews, proficient in git.
• Architect, design, develop, Implement and deploy enterprise level, high availability applications
• Provide guidance to developers with either planning and execution and/or design architecture using agile methodologies
• Expert understanding of multi-threaded priority-based systems
• Expert in breaking down problems and estimate time for development tasks

Preferred

• Can produce threat models
• Rust or C experience
• K3s, Istio (zero-trust) and Oauth2 experience
• Understanding of symmetric and asymmetric cryptography
• Experience developing multi-tenant micro-services
