Job Description


As part of the Global Product Marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our B2B marketing strategy to help drive Visa’s BPNL solution adoption and usage. You will report to the Global Sr. Marketing Manager for Visa BNPL in San Francisco. Key responsibilities include helping to develop B2B product marketing strategies and content, global campaign platform, Merchant UX integration, and go-to-market approach and measurement.


You will collaborate across our global and regional marketing and communications teams to develop and deliver innovative programs and content that drive demand. Attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to your success, and you will be the biggest advocate for the Visa brand – in everything from product design to communications. You are obsessed with tracking performance, and always have the data to prove what’s working and what isn’t. You are a strategic thinker and obsessed with evangelizing for Visa’s BNPL Solutions to our current and future customers and partners in our Visa network.


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop sales enablement and audience educational content to support regional account teams and sales engagement
  • Support development of B2B marketing assets and content, that communicate value to our customers and lead to successful and measurable outcomes
  • Support lead generation by helping to develop and execute Account Based Management campaigns, working closely with global media and local marketing teams
  • Support development of marketing playbooks for Visa BNPL Solutions, that contain positioning, messaging, audience engagement strategies, campaign creative framework, media strategy and finished campaign assets to drive awareness, understanding and demand generation with targeted customers
  • Gather market intelligence and become an expert on the Buy-Now-Pay-Later audience - who they are, how they buy, and their biggest issues and opportunities.
  • Support market-specific programs across key markets working closely with global and local marketing and product teams
  • Be a Visa brand advocate, working across Brand, Product, UX/UI and sales teams to develop and integrate prominent Visa branding within the product experience
  • Collaborate with global and regional Communications teams to identify priority events, then develop and deliver event content and engagement strategies to drive awareness of Visa’s offerings and engage targeted customers
  • Manage the marketing budgets for your portfolio, including ongoing management of agencies, production costs, and campaign planning to optimize investments that achieve business goals

This position is open to the following locations: Foster City, CA and San Francisco, CA.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.


Qualifications


Basic Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of work experience in product marketing, brand consulting or brand management with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA)


Preferred Qualifications

  • You have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in product marketing, brand consulting or brand management, with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • You have strong working relationships with and management of external agency partners
  • Global sensibilities and an empathetic outlook to work well with other markets and cultures around the world
  • Proven ability to partner, communicate and manage/navigate through multiple disciplines and organizational groups
  • You are a great team member who adds energy, ideas and fun to our team and corporate culture
  • You have a demonstrated track record of success

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
